I've ordered from different companies, including mavogel and proteove. This brand is my favorite as the packaging is better and the roller balls seem to work the best. The bottles are shrink wrapped together, with little cardboard divider inserts so I haven't had any issues with the roller balls arriving broken. The roller balls and caps are both in their own separate bag. I have dropped the bottles on the floor before and as of now, no bottles have broken. I don't have any issues with the oils not coming out of the roller balls. Although, sometimes initially, you do have to roll it against your skin a few times before it comes out when first using them. However, I didn't have nearly as much trouble as I did with the proteove brand. Mavogel is ok too and they actually include extras such as labels, but I just like the packaging better and seems to be cleaner.
They are leaking.

This is my second order for this. The 1st went fine. But this time I noticed about half the rollers bottles were leaking so far. I flipped a couple of the bottles upside down, the roller part was dripping oil. I notice it doesn't start leaking until you start rolling it around a few times first. This creates a mess. I have had to throw out at least 2 of the balls. There is no telling how many leaked because I have made few for other people and have given it to them already. I made 4 for myself and 3 leaked. I am thankful I have leftover roller balls from the last batch but am concerned I may not have enough if the leaks continue.

I'm new to essential oils, and my friend had sent me 6 of the Vivaplex. When I needed to order more, I went with the 24 box. I have had no issues with them; they roll well, and they are so pretty. They were packaged just fine, and arrived perfectly. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star, is that sometimes I notice a little leakage... but I've experienced that from other roller brands too. Not a huge leak, just a little. Because of that, I store them upright to prevent issues. They have a nice solid weight and I love the cobalt blue color. I will most likely keep ordering these again in future.

This is advertised as having stainless steel roller balls. Came with Plastic. Unfortunate that this is not truthful.
