Please note....my contractor installed this IN the wall and it scared me because it was not vented and wasn't working. Now, once we took it down and mounted it on The wall, ABSOLUTELYLOVE IT!!! It does what I needed it to do and that was heat most of the upstairs area!!! We created this wall for this particular unit.

Love, love it. Hubby redid the basement for his man cave. I added the fireplace/heater and we both love. Very easy to install. He did on his own in about 20 mins. A very nice touch and cozy in the evenings with the lights turned down.
Good product was promised today shipping took 3 1/2 days to get.
