Not super strong support, but good to use when you need flexiblilty to type and a short cuff to not interfere with your watch. Definitely better than going without. No Velcro. Quite durable.

The gel part burned my skin. It gave like a sunburn effect. Looked like a bruise for a few days then peeled. I do not recommend. Made my hand feel worse than just not wearing anything.
