Our boy is just learning and doing great with these. They are comfortable for him. Blades are sharp. Only downside is had to get new skate guards as these do not stay on.

These skates are great for my daughter. They are inexpensive but sturdy and she has already got a great amount of use from them. The straps make it much easier for her to get in and out of the skates... as opposed to laces. Given that the boot is also size-adjustable, I imagine that we'll get several years of use. She and I are delighted with this purchase!
