Grip panel NOT a grip

Got this product because Smith and Wesson doesn't make a rubber backstrap for the M&P. The description is kind of vague, this a stick on grip panel NOT a grip. Other than that, the panel was easy to install. The panel did not quite fit right, took some trimming, but feels good. Have to see how it holds up under use.
*UPDATE* After installing the grip as per the directions, I took the gun to the range. The grip did not even survive the first trip out before it started to peel. So it failed to hold up under use. I would not recommend them for anyone who plans on using their guns a lot. Might be ok for the occasional user but even then I would imagine that it would peel off in the holster.

These are very easy to install and fit perfect. I bought the roughest grip and I'll tell you what, your hand will not move once you grab on. I took some fine sand paper to smooth out the grip on the back, it was a little to rough for my liking.
All in all it has been great. I put the talon grips on my duty pistol. The adhesive has been impressive, I carry every day and shoot a lot! Not even a hint of peeling from the grip tape.

These are wonderful. It is easy to install and feels great in the hand. A nice cheap and highly effective product to improve the use of your firearm. I purchased the rubber style grips and it's feels really nice in the hand. It gives you a great purchase when your hands are sweating like a SJW liberal at the gun show. I would recommend these over the skate board type grip tape. These are very similar in style to the grips on the M&P. Buy this American Made product for your American Made pistol.

My gun is all black and I was wanting a 2-tone look. This is a really cheaper route with an added benefit. It lets me get a better grip on the handle. Make sure you clean the gun really well before applying. Take your time and it will go on smooth. Make sure you use a hair dryer or heat gun.

I've been using Talon grip tape since '04. When put on correctly it will last about 2 years before I have to replace it. The granulated texture is very grippy. It will wear holes in your shirts and jackets, even when worn exposed on a gun belt like a police officer. I can't imagine what it would do trying to wear it concealed, for that I would suggest using the Talon rubber grip tape, which I have on my Shield and love it. As a police officer I am exposed to all extremes of the elements and the Talon grip tape has held up. It provides the no slip grip I need.
