Work well and there's enough room inside to place a spring (nut and washer) inside so the collet will open by itself. I think that's what it was designed for originally bc of no modifications being needed to install the spring.
Worked,but a single bit of poor workmanship almost ruined it.

The two cuts that form the jaws of the collet were not 90° apart and their intersection was not at the middle of the collet. This made inserting some tools much harder than it should be
