Great Pucks Alive! Not the hockey kind but LED lights that work in tight spaces with a Remote!

Remote control works like a charm. Good variable lighting in tight spaces, Good and long life for the batteries. I originally bought the two pack but liked them so much that I purchased the additional six pack for my wife who loves them as night lights as well. Easy to install and attractive. Be sure you verify the diameter and depth of the puck you want to use to be sure the scale and appearance match your installation whatever you are trying to light. I made a mock-up of the size described using a cardboard template to be sure they fit in a recessed cabinet I was contemplating.
Be sure to use the remote control

I was so excited about getting these little under-counter lights. But 100 hours goes by really fast if you are turning them on by hand and not watching them. You really have to monitor how much you use these lights. And, by all means, use the remote. It will set the brightness/dimness, and it will only allow you to run them for one hour at a time. As soon as I can, I am going to have them hard-wired. End of problem.
Absolutely LOVE these!!

We just recently purchased a home and there is a cute cupboard area under the stairs we've turned into a reading nook for our son. There is an installed light but it doesn't cover the whole are and we needed something that wouldn't require an electrician.
The lights work extremely well. I love that you can dim them with the 50% button or turn down manually. I love that there is a timer as well considering little kids aren't at all excellent about remembering to turn lights off.

Quick easy light solution

This is a convenient solution to get light where you need it, without having to run wires. And if you're not a "do it yourself" person, you would have to pay an electrician to run wires, and that gets expensive! I have not had these very long, so I can't do any testimony for the durability and reliability of these lights. But they are perfect for what I needed them for. Very easy quick installation, and the remote is great feature! My only small gripe about these is that they're not as bright as I had hoped, and you have to be fairly close to them for the remote to work, thus the 4 star rating. They are worth the money though.
Wanted so badly to like these - 3 stars because of customer service

Pic shows identical lights at max brightness after one month. Remote controls both and is set to highest power. Both with new batteries.
I bought the lights for my indoor plants in darker areas because of the timer. Well! Timer works great. Lights... get the job done I suppose.
Cons:
1) I used one light for an hour ~3/wk and it's max brightness has greatly diminished after ONE month.
2) Second light didn't work. But customer service sent a new one right away so thumbs up to that.
3) Would suggest Velcro or command for hanging, 3M is never very secure from my experience.
Pros:
1) Remote is pretty nifty. Does what it says.
2) Customer service, as mentioned.
