I have been obsessed with using it since I got it. Finding a new use everyday around the house. The only problems were a short cord ,so I have an extension cord attached, and it doesn't hold much water. I've used it on carpet spots, soft shades, radiators, threshold of the door, corners of the kitchen, grease on wall by stove........the list goes on.

Does what it is supposed to do (blow steam) but just feels awkward to use. Guaranteed to take off a chunk of knuckle skin opening the cap! Appropriate tool for the price paid.
The manufacturer did email us a couple of days after purchase to see if we were happy with it

We tried this product on various things the seller claims it will do. We tried it on a car seat and sofa to remove some light stains, tried it on the grout in our bathroom, and tried it on a bath tub and shower stall. Followed all directions, used appropriate attachments, held device at proper distance and angle, and saw no visible signs of improvement on any of those applications. Maybe it will take wrinkles out of clothing, but that's not what we bought it for. Unfortunately, by the time we tried all those things, the 30 day window for returning it had closed by two days. The manufacturer did email us a couple of days after purchase to see if we were happy with it, but when we said we weren't they never replied.

Worst steam cleaner. Extremely hard to open. Very small reservoir can hardly clean anyhing. Takes forever to heat up, 2 pushes on trigger and out of steam. Then has to recycle and build pressure 3 minutes between uses Attachments hard to attach and some won't stay on. Last but by far least it has trigger safety button that is hard to push, making thumb sore after 5 minutes of use. I did not use right away so by the time I figured it out it was too late to return.

Couldn't get it to work. The place you are suppose to press to start the steam wouldn't budge. I returned this item.
