My daughter and my nephew needed both of their braces to come off. And the price that the orthodontist wanted was outrageous. I got these in and within 10 minutes I had both my nephews and my daughter's braces off. It was a little painful but not too bad for them once the first few had popped. the only thing that was harder to do are the bands that are around the back Molars, But we're able to get them off.
