This purchase was somewhat disappointing. Sometimes I will leave it to charge for 6+ hours and when I turn it on, if feels as though its about to die. I havw been using a wand massager for awhile now but from a different company. My previous one died after 6 months so I decided to give this one a try. I am not satisfied with the product and I will be ordering another one from the previous company.

So after I left the review (not really looking for a solution but it was more to inform others), the seller sent TWO new ones without notifying me. Needless to say, it was a nice surprise to come home to from work. I am at least satisfied with the fact that one of the two I recieved seems to be working properly while the other one has the same issue as the previous one I had ordered. But this means I have at least one that is working so I am satisfied. Thank you for sending me new ones!

This is a fun toy, both alone and with a partner. I like the lack of cord. My ONLY complaint which others do mention is the difficulty of finding the buttons. They just blend in TOO well, and though that gives it a very sleek look sometimes getting at those buttons to either power on or off the toy quickly is a good thing, maybe if the stayed lit?

Also a comment on the company I got mine from, Wuteku USA. I sent them an email on a Saturday letting them know that after 3 months of use it broke, woops, ;) They got back to me in a matter of hours and it was on my doorstep by that Monday. They didn't ask any questions just said they are glad I enjoy their product and shipped me a new one. Such awesome customer service!!! I HIGHLY recommend using them if at all possible!

**UPDATE** 6/1/18 About two hours after posting the original review, I received an email from their customer care. They apologized for the experience, refunded our money, and sent us a replacement unit, as well as another product of theirs called the Curve (which resembles a wireless Hitachi wand) as an apology. Received email confirmation of pending refund on 5/29. Received the replacement units yesterday. I'm upgrading my review from 1 star to 5 for the outstanding customer service and response time, and because the product *is* really great (provided that the battery survives more than 30 days this time). I felt it only fair to go ahead and give it 5 stars, then update later if the product starts to fail again.

Side note: I realize that this might not be the venue to review the Curve, but let me tell you. Y'all. The Curve. It's the truth. This product is great, and very strong, but The Curve borders on too strong. I asked my wife for her initial impression after we used it last night, but she had been reduced to an incoherent puddle of trembling goo. If you like it strong and don't mind a larger unit (overall something line 12"-14") and slightly louder, you might want to give the Curve a look. Just like this unit, 20 awesome patterns to cycle through and 8 strength levels, but a much stronger battery and heavier weight in the vibrating head make it next level.

**ORIGINAL REVIEW** 5/29/18 Read the reviews and decided to buy this for the wife. I was nervous because several reviews said this item broke quickly, but they weren't as recent as the positive reviews. Well, shame on me. The first few times she used it, it was phenomenal. VERY strong, great for us both, lots of fun patters. But, it started getting weak. The item was delivered 4/20. Last time we tried using it was 5/24. She left it on the charger overnight, and it lasted about 90 seconds. Unfortunately, that was 4 days after the return window closed when she told me, so we got screwed on this, and not in the good way.

Tl;dr: Very strong, cool patterns, but breaks fast. If you decide to risk it, keep an eye on the return window.

I've been having bad muscle sores after intense workout at the gyms, especially my quads and hamstrings from squats. I was deceived by my wife to get this thing "lil massager" stating that there's a lot of good reviews aiding sore muscles. I honestly didn't even read or saw pictures of the "massager" and she'd bought it (definitely more for her use). When it arrived, I was a little in disbelieved that she got me a sex toy to relieve my muscle sores. The little thing actually worked VERY well on sore muscles! The vibration on this little smuck was intense (for a lack of a better word)! It wasn't as effective holding it to massage the pecs but it definitely worked great on the hams and quads. The wife then borrowed it and I haven't seen it since. Great buy!

This massager is okay. There are plenty of variations in speed and pulse rhythms, which is nice, and it's powerful, too. What sold me was that it's stated that The massager isn't felt in the handle, which is great news for the tendinitis in my wrist. You feel a vibration, but it's not as powerful as the head, itself. I knocked down a star because this thing is not "whisper-quiet." When I think of whisper quiet, I think of not being able to hear anything at all, which would an amazing feat for a massager. The other star dinged is for the disappointment that the speed starts at the highest setting. I usually put it on the lowest. When I change to a new pulse rhythm, it resets itself back onto the highest setting. It's an annoying inconvenience. But other than that, it is a good, little powerful machine.
