I workout with these almost daily. They are doing the job I needed. My only complaint is that after about a month or so, the blue dumbells are moving on the handle and hold water. I have to make sure to drain them before putting them in my pool bag.

These are perfect! The ones at my gym are Styrofoam and starting to deteriorate. They have new ones that are similar to these but wider making them harder to use in the water.
