Good. Actually sent this to my son. He visited Japan about six years ago, thought he like to relive a taste memory.
Overpriced, Overhyped Miracle Whip
Boudica✓ Verified Purchase•September 10, 2017
I bought this after watching a Food Network show, where chef Alex Guarnaschelli used it in a recipe and RAVED about it. Although I adore Chef Alex, I should have taken these reviews to heart and not bought it. To me, it's nothing but over hyped Miracle Whip. I really don't see a distinction between this mayo and MW, other than MSG and a bit of rice wine vinegar.... definitely not enough RWV to overpower the flavor of regular old distilled vinegar.
I won't bother buying this mayo again.
PS. MOST mayo recipes call for egg yolks only, so that definitely doesn't make this mayo any more distinctive.

Better bottle, but tastes just like Kraft Mayonnaise

Better bottle, but tastes just like Kraft Mayonnaise, so I do not understand the Cult Following around this product.
Best Mayo EVER!

Wondered what the hype was all about, and I sure found out!! If you're just wondering what it tastes like, it's mayonnaise x 1,000! I'll never use another mayo at home EVER again unless I'm out of my Kewpie. This might go on Subscribe & Save. Wondering the difference? Made with only the yolks (not he while egg like American mayo), rice wine (instead of plain distilled) vinegar, and MSG - the umami flavor enhancer that Asia goes nuts for. All of this makes for a potent, delicious mayonnaise!

Nothing to rave about I like good old Miracle Whip or maybe a real Mayonaise on occasion.
