These kayak racks are really pretty nice - solid and functional. I bought two sets. Unfortunately, one set was missing the mounting hardware. I contacted the seller, and to their credit, they were very responsive, and immediately arranged to have new mounting hardware sent out ... from China. This took several weeks, which is not really acceptable, hence the one-star penalty. Again, the vendor was very helpful and I have no complaints there, but it would be good if they kept a limited inventory of parts here in the US.
The racks are now holding my two kayaks up on the wall, and they seem very solid. When not in use, they fold flat against the wall.

This came as advertised and works great. It is a little awkward to get the larger kayaks seated but I love the way this looks and holds our setup.
