This fulcrum had a terrible chemical smell to it that made me nauseous. I tried laying down on it for a 5 minutes and it was almost unbearable. I can also foresee the foam breaking down and ripping pretty easily with consistent use.
It was also too soft to provide any support and wasn't very comfortable to lie down on. The neck cutout is too small so that the top edges of cutout are digging into the back of my neck. The foam just compresses under the weight of my head until the back of my head hits the slanted portion of the fulcrum and I feel no stretch at all.

Not worth more than $10. Its basically a small piece of cheap foam with a neck cutout. Not very durable and easily tears when poked with a finger. I cannot yet review its effectiveness but i can see that it's cheaply made.

The picture made it look to be a covered pc of foam. Instead I got a piece of foam that had a neck groove cut out of it. I don't think it's worth the price. There are other pillows out there with covers that I might eventually give a try. This fits the neck comfortably and it makes my neck feel better after a long day of sitting at a desk.
