I used this to protect the bottom of my canoe after fixing to small holes that were made from the canoe being dragged across the ground, they fit just right they need a lot of epoxy to saturate them but I expected this, so it wasn't a problem this is very good product I am very pleased with the end result

Kinda of a pain to install, but the nature of the beast. Kevlar doesn't like to absorb resin. Plan to spend time working the resin in.

Used this with West Systems G/flex epoxy to reinforce the keel of my canoe and worked great. Follow the instructions provided by west systems to get the epoxy to bond to plastic.
