Where its sent from needs to pack items it the box it was tossed around box to big for items.

I found when this arrived it did not have any packing around it was put in a big box .to get it to set even I removed the bottom cover and their was a cup size of sand and gritty dirt fell out. What was that doing packed in it? Has not tightened up for the bolt fitted on it to work but it's sitting on a glasstop table lovely and what I wanted
