The clock looks really nice. Keeps good time and yet at the same time it sounds really weird when it cuckoos. A recording of the sound of a bird chirping with water running in the background begins when the door opens and the bird comes out to flap its wings and cuckoo. If it is 1:00 the bird is going to flap its wings once and cuckoo twice. At 12:noon, it cuckoos 24 times. Had I known this I would not have bought it.

Beautiful clock but mines didn't coo coo at all put in two new sets of batteries. Sent back today ,but when get refund will order again.I Had brought bigger one in Germany so I knew it did not work.Then went on utube to say it's broke.now will let you know how long it takes to get refund.the refund was fast,Thank you.

I am very happy with the quality and workmanship of the clock.I didn't like the looks of the Deer. It looked like a Cow with antlers!! I sanded down It's Features and re-stained it.Looks like a Deer now.!! Can't figure out why the manufacturer put an "echo cuckoo" on it. That means when it is 2:00 it cuckoos 4 times, and so on. "Always Double what the Time is" I tried to disconnect the second cuckoo, but couldn't.

Clock is much larger than expected width and length. This is a big clock! Received missing a part but the excellent customer service deptment shipped out the missing part to me. Looks great on the wall - very happy - thank you

I gve it as a gift and it was very well received . I like it, it is a bit biggre than I thought, but it was well liked by the persons we gave it to.
