Kitchen staple.

I don't know how I was living without this. It's the perfect amount of saltiness, and not too grainy, either.
Diamond Kosher Tastes Better
Ricky PicklesMay 23, 2018
I used to think that Kosher Salt was a way to charge more for salt and I'm a chef! If you put any kind of salt in water, the water tastes salty. So why waste your money. I still use regular salt in my pasta water, but at the table Kosher is the way to go. On any meat or vegies it tastes brighter and cleaner. Try it, you'll like it! Just remember, I use about 2 teaspoons of Diamond to 1 teaspoon of regular table salt. Be careful at first. You can adjust for your taste. One more thing, Morton Kosher salt is more dense, closer to that of regular table salt. Diamond is waaaaaay better.
This stuff is great for serious cooks

This stuff is great for serious cooks. It's very light weight and dissolves quickly. You'll need to measure by weight or probably double by volume when following recipes though.
The best texture for salt :)
Amazon CustomerMarch 5, 2018
My favorite salt. This salt is so versatile and easy to use. I love the flaky texture of the salt which is what really sets it apart from all other kinds of salt. It's not too fine like table or fine sea salt, and not too coarse like Morton's kosher salt or chunky sea salt. Because of its texture, it's really easy to season things by hand, and I love the feeling of taking a pinch of this stuff and spreading it evenly over my food with my fingers. No salt shakers in my kitchen. :) My boyfriend likes to season his things like salt bae and prefers this salt by far as well.
