Performs well in snow and ice. Salt did not clog up

Used my SaltDogg spreader after a snowstorm this weekend, and it did it's job. Some of the pros and cons:
Pros:
- Solid frame
- Good pneumatic rubber wheels, roll nicely in the slush and ice even
- Gearbox completely enclosed
- Salt spreader adjustment lever is accurate and pretty solid.
- Easy to maneuver.
Cons:
- Handle attachment to frame a little flimsy at times
- Cheap metal used on the axle. Only one wheel drives the gearbox, and it's attached via cheap metal screws, I managed to partially strip the threads when tightening it.

I received this spreader as a gift and it has performed flawlessly after multiple uses. If you read the reviews carefully, the manufacturer admitted a few problems on early models, but they seem to have fixed them. I respect when a manufacturer admits a fault, has accountability, and they fix the issue. The spreader has placed salt evenly and efficiently on my long driveway, walkways and made my property much safer. I've had no issues with the wheels and the rubber tires have worked well in deep snow. I also like the enclosed gearbox because it keeps the gears protected from salt and the grease fitting keeps everything running smoothly. I've run hundreds of pounds of salt thru this unit and had zero issues. This is a great spreader, it proven to be durable for me and a it's a good value.
