Knob for phone clamp fell right off

Just received this item in the mail today (9 July 2017). Tried it with my phone, and the knob for adjusting the clamp on the phone fell right off, rendering the clamp useless. It seems another recent customer (Joshua Laxen, 7 July 2017) had the same problem. Could possibly be fixed with superglue, but I didn't want to take the risk, so I ended up returning the item. Will be trying phone mounts from other brands.
