It works, but watch your shirt wear and tear.

It is ok, not like there are a lot of choices on the market. It needs to have a taller case back to protect uniform shirts from the velcro. I wore this for less than a week and had rubbed an area of "pilled" nylon on my new Blauer uniform shirt. The holster works but after all this time it needs updating to better protect the uniforms.

First off, this is a very well made and sturdy case. However the picture is a little misleading. I bought this under the assumption I was getting BOTH the case and the tourniquet, when in fact it's just the case. On that note, $45 for the case is a little pricey but honestly I think it's worth the money. It's not cheap material at all and seems to be something that would last a long time. With this product, you're definitely getting your money's worth.
Secondly, I tried fitting this on my belt and at first it didn't. There's little adaptable bars you have to remove which will fit to your belt perfectly. I'm a police explorer and in my post we carry these, so now I have to purchase a tourniquet but nothing to complain about.

The case fits on my duty belt well and looks clean and professional. It loses a star for not easily fitting the CAT Gen 7 tourniquet, which I specifically bought to use with this case. You have to exert some force to get the first buckle down into the case. According to a few YouTube reviews earlier generations of the CAT tourniquet will fit in the case much more easily.

I'm going to echo what everyone else has said. The price is steep for such a simple plastic case. It also holds true that getting a tourniquet in is a bit harder that anticipated. It's definitely not falling out which I can appreciate but after a couple of practice pulls, it's a slight fight to get it out. This case does serve its purpose and it does it well. I would buy it again. I just wish the price was reasonable as there isn't any automatic locking system or release to justify the price point. Other than that, it's a life saving carrier. Works great on my safari land duty belt. Just needed to remove the two filler bars to snap it in. Good product!
A few bumps in the road, but still alright.

This holder is good at what it is supposed to do, which is to secure a tourniquet. That being said, I think that the tek-lok attachment is fairly useless. It works for a standard 5.11 leather belt on your casual wear, it works for thin duty belts, but if your belt is thicker than 1/4 inch, the locking system is not going to be substantial enough to compress the belt. It absolutely will not fit a BLACKHAWK! duty belt. Also, this is a MASSIVE carrier for a tourniquet. For comparison, it's the full size of a HT1250 Motorola radio (including the protruding tourniquet). The holder/holster rides high on the hip too, so it will dig into your side. If you have an extra SERPA holster belt loop attachment/platform, you can secure the tourniquet holder/holster so that it remedies all of the problems that I've had with it aside from the size of the of the holder/holster. If you're a skinny guy, I'm confident in saying that you're going to run out of room on your duty belt. Hefty price tag too, but I still do think that it is worth it overall.
