First, there is NO WARRANTY available if you buy their cases anywhere but from the Zizo website. Keep this in mind! That is different in the description from when I purchased my case.

The case and holster both held up great from the middle of July until the beginning of September. Yes. Less than two full months.

The first problem I faced was that the buttons ended up being very difficult to use with the case, especially the standby/lock/sleep button on the right side of the phone. The volume buttons didn't cause any issues. However, when trying to capture a screenshot, you need to press that right side button and the home button at the same time. That was a real pain to try to do.

Next problem was that in late August, the hard outer case broke near the volume buttons from using the holster clip. The poly material around the button covers and the "˜silent' switch was exposed. It still protected the phone, so I continued using it.

In early September, not even two months after purchasing, the holster broke so that it would not lock open to be used as a kickstand, which was one of the reasons I purchased it. I was able to use the case-integrated kickstand, so I kept on.

Finally, the holster clip broke in a way to make it impossible to open it to put it on my belt or take it off as intended. This was the last straw since I was traveling and didn't want to worry about losing my phone in an airport while lugging everything else with me. I have replaced both the case and holster with OtterBox.

The Zizo Bolt was tough when it was not broken but it did have layers of protection for the phone, the harness was weak and should have been made better to keep the phone secured, but the screen protector was great! I hated getting rid of that more than the rest of the case, but I had to replace it after it had served its purpose (it cracked instead of my screen in a fall.) I still think the Zizo Bolt case looks cool and wish it had been a better product but you get what you pay for, I guess.

Titled: So far, so good!! Time will tell...
I received my new Zizo case yesterday for my brand new iPhone SE 2020. I have been looking at Zizo cases for several years as new models of phones came out. This was considered (to me anyway) a solid runner-up to the OtterBox Defender. For each of the other phones, I was able to purchase that "other case" and didn't need to continue looking for a less expensive alternative. For this new upgrade, I did. Cost matters. Times are tough everywhere, I know...

The Zizo Bolt case installs pretty easily, although from the photos, I thought it would come apart more than it actually does. The hard part of the case does not come off the inner poly part, so it installs just like the cheap $5 case I had to get until this one arrived. It is basically just one piece that you manhandle the phone into, but it fits the SE like a glove. I know this case also fits the iPhone 6S as well as the SE, because my girlfriend has one. It is the same fit for the case and the screen protector.

There is no protruding mount for the lanyard as some of the older reviews alluded to, but instead it is flush and located on the bottom left corner of the case. The kickstand on the back of the case is nice to have if you don't have the holster available. The side buttons all operate perfectly with the phone, and the speakers are able to be heard loud and clear. The texture is good to keep a good grip on the phone and the color and design are pretty cool, too! It just "feels tough" in your hands.

The screen protector that comes with the case is easy to install. If you need help, search for videos online that help step-by-step through the process. I recommend you use the sticker tabs (included) to get it lined up before removing the sticker backing of the glass. I will warn you, it does feel a little backward because you will have to lay the screen protector with the peel sticker marked (1) upside-down on the phone screen to install it. If you catch that before putting on the stickers, it's smooth sailing from there! (Oh, and do the screen protector install before putting it in the case.)

The screen protector is smaller than the actual screen of the SE (and 6S.) If centered, it leaves enough of a gap (approx. 2 mm all the way around) that, if you're like me, will drive you crazy... Hopefully, you aren't like me because it really isn't that bad of a gap. It also has a notch above the speaker hole that does nothing for the SE phone, but may be applicable to the 7/8 iPhones. I don't know because I don't have those phones.

The holster is sturdier than I was expecting from other reviews, so that made me happy. It was one of the main reasons that I picked this case (after years of having the Defender...) The phone only clips into the holster one way, so it feels backward sometimes but that is just a learning curve that has to be overcome.

All in all, I'm feeling good about this purchase and hope it lasts a long time. It does have a limited lifetime warranty, so hopefully they stand behind their product and its overall design. I'll let you know if anything changes after it's been in use for a while.

These fit very snuggly and it takes a little effort to get an iphone in and out of the protective case. But once it is installed it looks great and works great. I use this one on 6 SE. women may think the power and volume buttons are a little tougher to push. But my wife was comparing this to a case she had that had only openings for the buttons with no protective covering. I had an Otterbox defender but the belt clip broke for the second time. These from ZIZO look a lot better and give almost as much protection. Time will tell if the belt clip is better too. The case is easy to grip and does not tend to slide around when placed on a car dashboard. Some photos in the listing show a lanyard attachment point on the case but none of ours came this way. instead, the supplied neck strap attaches to the belt clip of the holster. The phone can be propped on its side using the kickstand on the case or the belt clip of the holster.

I would rate the product a 5 but we received an identical case in their dark red color that had a warped power button key cover that held that key in all the time. We replaced it through Amazon and the replacement was nearly as bad. I was able to pry out the rubber liner and warm up the material around that key with a small rework heat gun (digital temperature control set at 250F). Held it in the proper shape until cool and that made the case perfect and it is being used on another phone (an iphone 8). Now it also looks great and works great.
Attempts to contact and resolve through the manufacturer proved to be a waste of time - they requested photos and then failed to respond. The problem is caused by sloppy assembly when the technician snaps the inner rubber liner into the outer hard plastic wrap around shell. Apparently they are not careful to get the rubber key covers properly through the matching opening in the hard shell. This keeps the rubber key cover depressed while in inventory until a customer orders one and unpacks it. during this period the rubber takes a set and will not fit the power key correctly.

Great case. This is my third time purchase!
