Good value, works on shallow dents.

A lot less expensive than your deductible on your insurance.. For the mosey, this is a decent kit for the home DIY type Handy Person. The kit is not a professional tool but well thought out and good quality of occasional use. A good value and seems to work better than traditional bridge pullers.
You have to have realistic expectations. This works on shallow dents where the metal has not been stretched. You cannot fix sharp creased on dents in a creased area. About a 2 sq. inch area all you can work on.. Labor intensive so expect to take some time.
Usually does about an 80% repair, enough such that unless you look hard, the damage is not staring you in the face.
I used this on an aluminum F-150 Tailgate that was hit by a trailer tongue, a tough repair. The aluminum has a lot of spring back and ithe tailgate took a moderate hit. I will cover the damage with a 4" wide self adhesive rubber strip. The Pull kit,pulled the damage enough so the strip will look flat
when applied, hiding the damage.

Tools are ok but the pull tabs are absolute garbage. I'm guessing they use a low quality plastic, and the heads that insert into the tools are ripping right off, like 8 out of every 10 tabs I've used have broken the first use . Once the tab breaks off you're stuck figuring out how to get the remaining tab and glue off and it hasn't touched the dent yet since minimal pressure was used when it snapped off. I'm disappointed that I spent the money on this trash, and it's not like it was a massive savings. I will be spending more money on pull tabs by a reputable manufacturer and hope that it fits these tools, if not the whole lot is going into the trash. I spent more time removing broken tabs than I did pulling the handful of door dings I started on.
Learning curve...may not be the end all fix.

Product came as described but a couple of lock nuts were not installed and were found under a flap of the box and almost lost. I purchased this as my beginner kit and watched a few YouTube videos prior to its arrival. It would help if there were some instructions in the box such as whe are there different colored glue sticks? I don't know if they have to do with glue strength or the vehicle paint color... There is definitely going to be a learning curve. One of my cars, a Subaru Legacy dent seems to have a little metal memory and after pulling out a good part of a Front quarter panel dent, it seems to want to return to its indented position. Gotta try to figure that out. A dent in my fender of my Harley from our cats knocking something off a shelf has been reduced to a smaller dimple. I will try to finess these repairs when I have a little more time. Glue is difficult to remove.

Small door dings are gone, product works well for what I needed. Glue sticks only 1/4" in diameter and will not work in regular glue guns. I borrowed a friends to use. Home hobby glue guns use a 1/2" stick, these are 1/4". Update, PDR has a nice scam going in that they offer a free gift if you write a good review. Did that back in march and asked for a PDR glue gun, after many attempts at finding out where the gift was, I have figured it was all just a big scam, thanks Lisa at PDR for not holding to your promise to get me the tool in a few days, It has now been two months and many e-mails from you saying that it was on its way. Nice way to do business PDR.

Every time I went to pull with one of the pullers the tabs just fell off glue and all. Tried both glue sticks neither one would hold. Even tried holding the tabs in place for up to 5 minutes. Still every time they just pop right off my car. I spent more time getting the glue off the tabs. I would rate this less than a 1 star if possible.
