Good enough for my needs

3 stars = mediocre rating for mediocre product. I'm satisfied with it because I fully expect to get what I paid for. This was in my budget. It seems solid wood. But may have been destined for tge reject table leg pile at the lathe. 😀 You can see the bristles and debris in the varnish. But hey at least it's varnished. I will update my rating should my views change after multiple uses.

Very useful for making my bracelets for the little girls of friends. My wrist has always been big boned.I can not estimate 5 to 5 1/2 inch rest. Much easier to visualize on mandrel than laying out jewelry flat on my beading board. Very satisfied with product.
Why no sizes marked?

It's a very handy tool but it would be a heck of a lot better with standard measurements marked on it. Mine came out a bit differently than Marcus D's and mine also differed according to whether I used a ruler or a fabric measuring tape. So frustrating! I ended up marking it with the following APPROXIMATE measurements: 5-1/8"... 5-1/2"... 5-7/8"... 6-1/8"... 6-1/2"... 6-7/8"... 7-1/4"... 7-1/2"... 8"... 8-7/8".
