Pic was taken as the sealer was still drying. This applied very easily and I used an 18" roller. It worked great. No issues. Cleaned up with soap and water. Can not comment yet on how long it will last.

Did not get a delivery notice from Amazon to rate the delivery. Driver laid box on its side despite large arrows and wording indicating not to do that. If Amazon is interested, they can review the footage from their blink camera I have installed.

Got this for a 650 sq ft brick patio with brick seating that was a few years old and never sealed. Better penetrating sealants are not fancy cuz they are usually clear, still require 2 coats and I easily sprayed this on. This product will also keep sand from disappearing! Correct me if I'm wrong but I could not even find a similar commercial sealant boasting it would last 7-10 years. Everything else hints at only lasting 3-5 years. The exception was Eagle that lists virtually nothing like solids count or how long it's expected to last but it's super cheap. Siloxane penetrating sealants are available in gloss, wet and matte but only expect it to last 3 or so years which is similar to the topical coatings at similar costs. Using the inexpensive Lowes 3/4 gal spray tank it took about 2 hours to apply 2 good coats. 2nd coat is applied while 1st coat still appears wet and I found no need for a roller brush even on a small section of aggregate. Ended up with a gallon or less left over prolly cuz I went light on the vertical areas of the seating. Water beads up and sits there so if does that for 7 years I will be impressed. I'm doing pressure washing as a side hustle and this was my first sealing job and it was for my next door neighbor. I deem this product expensive and personally would not apply to my 2500 sq ft aggregate drive ($750 for 2 coats if lucky) but for small driveways and special areas that experience freezing temps then yes. This product has a mix of small and large particles and most products only have one or the other. This product also has a fixed amount of solids where all other brands gave a range. After a lot of research, this might be the best of the penetrating sealants.

I read lots of reviews on which sealers to use. We were nervous until the first time we saw it bead up. It was beading up so well my granddaughter wanted to play with the beads of water.

I researched for a long what sealer to buy to seal my concrete. I've never sealed concrete before and was grateful for the clear directions. This product worked great. I used it to seal my concrete patio and just ordered more to seal my driveway. The color of my pastor did not change and the water beads up beautifully when it's wet!

I put in a new large double driveway with slightly lighter coloring in the mix about 6 years ago and wanted to maintain the new looking appearance of the driveway as it is a main visual element looking at our house from the street. I did considerable research on sealers and every contractor and company has their own favorite. I also wanted something that did not have to be redone every year or two in order to minimize ongoing maintenance. This product stated it has a life of 7 to 10 years which fit my criteria. I read others reviews, contacted the manufacturer with questions and was satisfied. I used SX5000 WB and purchased a quality backpack SOLO sprayer for application. I applied it to my open face (light brush finish) concrete driveway and patio closely following the recommendations for preparation and application.
After three years it has both met and exceeded my expectations and looks great. No dark mold, or scaling, is clean looking, attractive, and quickly shed water for the first year and a half to two. That was anticipated to lessen per the manufacturer though. It still sheds water and drys faster than normal driveways without this sealant but not as it did the first year or two. As I over purchased what I needed and had an unopened five gallons left over, I then offered and ended up doing about half of my neighbors driveway. The difference is so obvious comparing the cleaned and sealed section of his compared to the original portion.

Now three years later, I just did a light re-coating on mine again and anticipate water will bead and run off as it originally did. Checking with the manufacturer, they said this was OK as long as it was a very light application as the original sealant is still in the substrate and working. They were super helpful and knowledgeable each time. Lastly, with a good sprayer, and getting the prep work done, and following the instructions, super easy and quick to apply.
So, I'm sold, driveway looks great, and this is probably the last time I'll have to do this.
