I'm in my late 50s, I'm 5/4" and weigh 135 which I only mention in case that is helpful. I love these bras but I don't think I could be any bigger and wear them. I'm a fairly small build. I wear these bras just about every single day. I just don't see how bigger build women could fit in them??? I would rate them a 5 for me, but rated a 4 b/c they are rather tiny.

I love this product. I'm very small chested and most sports bras just flatten me out completely (and make me feel squeezed all day long), but this one lets me keep what little curve I have while also being far more comfortable than a regular bra. A lot of reviews said it didn't provide enough support for women with a little more up top, but for smaller women, it's perfect. I wear it to work out, but also just around and it works great for both. I've had one for a while (the two I just bought are just extras because I love this bra so much) and while it does stretch out a little after some use, it still provides plenty of support. Also, the price on Amazon is about half what I found my first one for locally, so very pleased about that!
Works for lounging or sleeping

I bought this to wear as a lounge bra/sleep bra, not for sports or working out. I wear about a 34DDD in bras and I took a chance on this "one size" bra, and it fits just fine. I'm not spilling out and it doesn't feel tight in the band, although it does irritate me under the arms. The little foam pads are kind of weird, but they do the job, and they are removable. The multiple straps irritate my shoulders a bit, I think due to the nature of this cheaper material. Overall it works, but it's one of my least favorite.

The straps all bunch together rather than looking spread out like the photo and the inserts completely fell apart in 4 washes. Not durable. Nice color, comfortable but not supportive enough for running. Wouldn't buy again.
