Love it! This little device has been very helpful in the "oh no I'm late, wait, WHERE ARE MY KEEEYYYSSS!!?!?!" moments of life. Lol. The song is actually very nice and not annoying like some other mainstream ringtones. The tracking is cool and I all appreciate the reverse find for times when I'm home and the keys are in their place but I can't find my phone. Smh. The tile allows me to ring the phone as well which is a nice back up if you don't have an iPad or something available to use the find my iPhone app. All in all, great product and I'm sure I will be buying more.

Attached to an expensive key that i had previously lost & found. Figure Tile would make it easier to find key next time. Unfortunately lost key again & Tile will only show general area of where key was last known. Key is lost & Tile not responding
Panic inducing garbage

These things are garbage. I put these on some valuable items including the carrying case for some expensive camera equipment.
After working correctly (or at least seeming to) for a few months I received a warning notice that several of my items--including the camera gear--had moved while I was away on a business trip. The "TILE community" had "located them" about 5 miles away from my house as shown on the app's map. Nobody had access to my home so I feared the worst--a break in at my house while I was gone!
I returned home from my trip to to find my items still at home right where I left them...and obviously nobody had broken into my home.
This happened several times, each time inducing panic but also each time causing me to trust the TILE product less and less. Again, each time my stuff was "found" by the community 5 miles away from my house it had never actually moved in the first place.
These things have proven themselves to be little more than a very expensive novelty and should be avoided unless you like throwing cash down the toilet.

Stopped working after 2-3 months; company will not allow returns. Waste of $50.

At first, I was so happy with this product, helping me find misplaced keys and cell phone in my family's busy home. However, the Tiles rapidly began to be less effective. Sometimes pressing the Tiles would not make the phone ring, even when they were only a foot or two away. Now all four Tiles are completely useless and do not work, even though I have had them for just 3 months. Unfairly, this is past the time allowed in the company's return policy. Waste of $50. Really liked the Tiles initially but expected them to last longer than this.

After three months of not even using the tile the battery died. I tried to contact customer support and was told that it was working the way it was supposed to. It didn't work it didn't locate anything it was attached to and all it was good for was an additive to my keychain. Could someone from customer support please contact me if they see this or just replace my dead tile?
