It's pretty much a pain to assemble. Unless you have a really long extension (which you only get if you buy it separately, like in the accessory pack) it is very tricky to mount more than two keys and/or spacers on the threaded sleeve, put the top half on, and get the screw inserted without getting loose keys sliding all over your desk. That being said, once it is assembled it does exactly what it says it will do - keep your keys contained so they don't wear a hole in your pocket. It's a clever design and the accessory pack is essential - so essential that the clever folks that designed the Keysmart should just include the quick-release carabiner and the threaded extensions with the keychain.

Got my KeySmart accessory pack and unfortunately my KeySmart also arrived and is too small. Not big enough for car keys. The extension screws are definitely will help hold more keys. The quick connect is also small. The bottle opener is a plus. Just not sure how I'll use it and prevent it from spinning around. I'm now ordering the KeySmart Extended.

It took a bit of rearranging to get all the keys and the accessories organized in an intuitive way, but I love the carabiner. I haven't used the bottle opener yet but I always like to have one on my keychain and the one I had before didn't fit into my keysmart so I was happy to replace it with this one.
