I really love this set. I had never made sushi before, and it seemed like it would be fun. I checked out the mats, but they looked really tricky. Then I found there were several sushi making kits that seemed so much easier than the mats. And the cost of vegetarian sushi is so much less when you make it yourself. The knife was really helpful since it is so much thinner than the knives I currently own.
