One plastic rod snapped as I was putting it together but duct tape fixed it easily. I luckily found a video on how to put it together but I am posting a picture of the rods properly connected because the only picture I found in reviews was put together incorrectly.

It's not exactly clear how to re-fold / take down this item. It popped out of its packaging nicely and it stands up properly, but I can't figure out how to collapse it to its original size without damaging or mis-bending the metal wires that hold it together. Other than setup and take-down challenges, the silk screen decorations are clear and there is minimal plastic / synthetic odor.
