This was perfect. Exactly as described. It's light weight, functional and will make a beautiful decoration all by itself or with things added for decor. Little expensive for just a decorative ladder.

Having consciously taken a gamble when I finally decided to order it, the ladder arrived quickly and securely packaged, yet the boxing was easy enough to open. Having been at first a bit cynical about the quality of the laddar, I was prepared to not feel overly disappointed when the laddar would collapse with the placement of just a few of my books. But how surprised I feel!
Although I did not expect much stability from the shelf, as I planned on utilizing it as a bookshelf, I have been extremely happy. With most of my books carefully placed on it, the ladder has quickly taken up its function as not only a shelf, but a durable as well as beautiful, and special, rustic-looking intriguing piece of unique, but useful furniture. Some day I would like to purchase at least one to two more, not only just like it, vut definitely from the same outlet.
Satisfied and grateful I took a chance at ordering this beautiful piece of rustic set of wood planks, how grateful I feel I took such a chance. Simple and extremely rural, this laddar-turned-shelf can make anyone happy who has specific and eccentric tastes in style.

Exactly what I want

I've been working on "southwesterning" up my front porch and saw this rustic-looking ladder and just had to have it! I've had it outside for about a week now. The first day it was out there, it was incredibly windy with lots of rain and when I looked outside a few hours later it had fallen over and was soaked through and through. I wedged it behind my bench a bit and ever since it's been perfectly fine (and we have had a lot of windy days)! I have another ladder that is a very heavy pine that I keep indoors that holds a Mexican blanket (bought it years ago in Mexico and paid next to nothing for it). This ladder is very lightweight compared to that one, but I'm not planning on hanging anything on it (maybe a few lights around the holidays). This is just what I wanted. It's rustic, weathered-looking, can survive the hot summers and rainy monsoon seasons of southern Arizona and it "southwesterns" up my front porch just fine! Even Loki, my cat, agrees (she can be seen peeking out the window)!
