It is a perfect blend of garlic flavor, salt and sugar, tastes much better than the original. To me the original is more sugary than anything, I use it as a liquid brown sugar in some marinades. This garlic sauce though, goes great with a lot of things, I even drizzle it on my cauliflower or cucumber salad, or mix it in the raw tofu, very yummy and summery!

I have tried all three of the Coconut Secret coconut aminos varieties and I found I like this one (Garlic) the best. It is much lower in sodium than soy salt but it does still have sodium so still have to be careful with the amount I use. Note: the amount of sodium in the sauce has not gone up, but they finally realized that no one uses just 1 teaspoon so they upped their portion size to 1 tablespoon. Since the portion is now 3 times larger, the sodium per portion looks 3 times higher.
