Saw the ads. I've been trying new pillows for years, never found anything the only that came close to working was my decade old broken in pillow that was wore out and kinda smelly. After just one night I threw away all my other pillows. I can wash it. It is amazing. It really is now MY pillow.

The extra width of this case is the only one that fits the my pillows without squeezing them into sausages. The fabric is nice and hasn't pulled after a few months of use. People have complained about price, but to me they aren't much more than good quality store bought.

I have a bunch of old-timey cotton pillowcases that are smooth as ice and equally cool. I was hoping that this version of pillowcase would be comparable, but it wasn't. It isn't smooth as ice, and the temperature isn't much cooler than other standard pillowcase varieties. If that doesn't bother you, then you probably will like this pillowcase. Otherwise, I don't recommend it.

I've stopped using my cost-effective microfiber pillow cases and bought a My Pillow Bolster Pillow and its bolster pillow case separately. Made of Egyptian Cotton, I didn't expect anything but hoped it wouldn't heat up when I sleep. I now sleep without my head heating up thanks to the cotton. I'll be buying more pillow cases.
"My Pillow" is the Best Pillow Ever!!...And it's AMERICAN Made!!!...Makes me want to sing "The Star Spangled Banner". Ha!

Chiropractor here...My husband had a neck injury 8 years ago and wakes up in the morning with tenderness, or pain. I bought the King/medium and when "My Pillow" arrived, they were in compressed little rolls. I got a kick out of throwing them in the hot dryer, and watch them turn into Big Fluffy Pillows. What's also Fantastic about "My Pillow," is you can wash them. However, The Greatest thing about these pillows, next finding a pillow that truly nestles and alignes your neck properly is: Drum Roll, They are AMERICAN MADE!!...makes me all Patriotic and Proud.
