I love the look of this bracelet. It is cool- looking yet also looks sturdy. The bracelets come in a set of two. 5 in 1 survival tools. The bracelets contain a compass, a flint stick, flint scrapper/knife, a whistle and 12 foot of paracord when you unfold the bracelet. The compass is very small, but readable. The knife is also the flint scrapper. Given the knife's size, I doubt it could cut anything substantial. If you have never started a fire with a spark from a flint, it would take a lot of pratice. The whistle falls short. It essentially is a small hole on the bracelet's clasp. This bracelet might help you in a emergency, but I cannot recommend it. To the credit of the inventor of this product, it is attractive and I love to wear it.
For the 7 year old the bracelet was too big so we adjusted it ourselves to where it fit and he was happy.

I bought these bracelets for my two sons, one 7 the other 14 for a camping trip we just recently went on. Both boys were crazy over all the gadgets each one carried. They used every one of them. For the 7 year old the bracelet was too big so we adjusted it ourselves to where it fit and he was happy.

I got these for me and my girlfriend, we love the outdoors. I think this will be one of those "in case of emergency" items.
