Well, actually, I Love It (5 stars). Except that after I enjoyed it a couple of times on top of quinoa, I looked at the ingredients again and saw:
tamari sauce (soybeans, wheat, sea salt).
So, I knocked it down a star, pretending that 4 stars is I Love The Taste of It But Can't Eat it.
I question this needing the tamari sauce at all, but hey, I'm only a consumer with way too many food allergies. I did check the naturSource website in case they had a gluten-free version, which is more important to me than the cost or being organic, but doesn't look like they do.
Since the ingredients are pretty simple, I am giving the rest of this very flavorful package to a friend, and going to start mixing my own toppings using dry roasted sunflower seeds, dried cranberries and dry roasted pumpkin seeds. Heck, maybe I'll add dried cherries or apricots whenever I want a slight change, as well.
And yes, I did verify that Costco has this for under $8 a bag, but then again, Amazon is pretty amazing and not everyone has membership to Costco.

This is a tasty and versatile product. It's wonderful on salads to add some crunch and in place of croutons it also adds some additional nutrition. Yoi an also stir it into yogurt, sprinkle over ice cream, stir into sauces or enjoy a small amount as a stand alone snack. We really enjoy it!
