It turned out that having a good microphone is not enough to have a quality sound, especially if you record something outside. Even if you record only indoors, you can still blow onto the mic from time to time and get angry on yourself after when you listen to the recording you've made. Trust me, I've been there and I've done that.. Things have got exponentially better after I've added one of these foam covers to my microphone and voila! Only then I had that professional sound that did not require that much post-processing. Finally I could spend more time recording instead of fiddling around with the crappy noisy sound. You should really buy one of these!

This Black Foam Mic Covers, Handheld Microphone Windscreens for Superior Sound (2 Pack) is really good. I bought this pack to use with my PowerDeWise mics. They fit perfectly and blocks those voice pops completely. Very easy to install. Sound pretty amazing!

Replacement wind muffs!

These work pretty well for the Youmic lavaliers I purchased recently, as well as most other similarly sized lav mics. However, they could do to be a little deeper in order to cover all the cutouts in the mic which allow sound into the diaphragm. I ended up cutting some in half and using them like tube socks before putting a whole one on the end. For the money I'm not going to complain too much, but am reducing my review to 4 stars because of this.
