The Watch Winder is little bit big in size and is made of the good quality. If you open the box you will hear the mechanism working but once it is closed the mechanism works quietly. After selecting the "Mode 4" I could hear the sound but it was not disturbing. All four silver program setting selector are well made as well. So far it works as advertised and I am happy with the purchase.

A beautiful box to store all of my watches and is a wonderful wonder for my 4 automatic watches. It has 3 settings for the winding and operates very smoothly and quietly. I was impressed with the quality of this product

Unfortunately, the first unit I ordered arrived damaged and did not work. But, eMail Support from JQUEEN was solid. Fast and responsive. So... bummer on the failed unit but GOOD JOB on Support.
I returned the bad unit and reordered... I've had this new unit running for 3 weeks now. Not a flaw. SUPER QUIET! Solidly built and beautiful finish.
Overall - a great value for the money. BONUS, you get a free review of their technical support at no additional charge. If you're considering this unit. Buy it.

I have only used it for two days and it performs just as the manufacturer describes. The only disappointment is there were no instructions. Basically when the wheels paused for awhile I didn't know that was normal. Otherwise appears to be a good product in performance and appearance. Buy it!

Very nice. Larger and more substantial than I expected but but beautifully displays and winds my watches. Also large enough for strap storage in the drawers.
