I read other reviews that said these flip flops can run small. That being said, I wear a size 10 and ordered a size 11 (that's the biggest they come). My heel totally hangs off the back of the shoe. I put these flip flops up against other pairs that I own....one size 10, one size 11; they are smaller that even my size 10.
Putting a size "11" sticker on a smaller shoe doesn't make it a size 11. I have emailed the seller and have yet to get a response. Maybe they need more time to contact me?
Also when looking to return these, it will cost me, and be taken out if any refund that I would get. Guess I am at a lost, as it isn't worth it to me now to return these. At least they weren't expensive....however buyer beware if you can't order 2 sizes up from what you would normally wear...don't waste your time or money.

Nice and comfy, absorbs dirt a lot, stains easily, but fit well. Good for the money.

Just recently lost my favorite pair of wedge sandals to a tragic party accident. I've got chubby feet, and I usually try to go for an 11 (12 in boots), but I figured for less than $10 I'd go for the 10. What's the worst that can happen?? Turns out the worst that can happen is I didn't order more than one pair! I LOVE these. With any flip flops you expect a breaking-in period, but these came out of the package totally soft and comfortable. One of my favorite Amazon purchases of 2017. I'm ordering more!

These are super flat- they do not look like picture. The shoe is small and the straps are large - fits weird. Seller wants me to pay for shipping to return item which just isn't worth it. WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN. These suck, I'd rather give them away then return them and get a $3 credit. Yea right. First Products, you are on my do not buy list!

i like the way they look, because i like platform shoes and they are cushy. my only complaint is the thong between the toes is somewhat uncomfortable and rubs a little. for that reason they are not a shoe i would want to wear several hours.
