This makes amazing cotton candy. Although it is imperative you follow the instructions for shutting it down for 20 minutes after an hour of continuous use. It clogged up on me after an unusually long run period at one of my events. When I purchased it I did not know about loosening/removing the screws to clean. Sugar was burned around the threads on the screws and it took some torque to loosen them to clean. When you purchase it new and have washed the tub (per instructions), just grab a screw driver and loosen the screws and then retighten them, not so much you can't get them off for cleaning A valuable lesson learned for me. Now after each use, I remove the top of the spin head and clean well with hot water and a soft rag. Oh, make sure to invest in a dome for it, otherwise your ceilings and light fixtures will have cotton candy "cobwebs"
