Decided to try these gloves as an alternative to another Ammex nitrile glove I generally have around the house for various tasks. While I was hesitant at first because of the price difference on a case, I waited until a good deal came around and went for it.
I had been using their black "textured" (though not grippy textured like these), slightly thinner nitrile gloves, and like them (though now more for indoor, gentler activities). These, however, are just a tiny bit thicker, SO much grippier due to the enhanced texture, and so far, seem to have a lower tear rate than the black ones. While I might accidentally stab/rend/tear one of the black ones to the point of replacement once out of six uses, these seem to be more like one in twenty--- especially outside in the garden.
As a result of this durability, my first case of these is lasting quite a bit longer than my first case of the others, as I do more work with gloves outside (gardening, chicken chores, light dusty/dirty building jobs) than inside (kitchen/bath/lab). So far, I've found I really can't go wrong with Ammex gloves, as long as I'm using the right gloves for the job-- and now, these are my main go to.

Awesome gloves, buy one size larger

The dot pattern really does make these a lot grippier than most nitrile gloves, and they are heavy enough that they seem to hold up really well. The bright green color is also really nice, and should help when they do fall apart at seeing where the pieces go. My hands are really large size, but I bought these gloves in X-Large and they were the perfect size, with my finger tips just touching the inside tips of the fingers in the gloves. If I had gotten large, I'm sure they would not have fit as well. I suppose they might have, but would have been stretched around my hand, and with this thick of a glove, I think that wouldn't feel very good after a few hours. Having them just a little bit larger also allows you to take them off and put them back on more easily, as these gloves should be able to last for an entire afternoon of gardening or other moderate work.
Quality & Durability

Absolutely amazing. I use them mainly for automotive use. They work great, very durable and thick enough to not tear on a accidental snag under the hood but you still have dexterity and can feel everything with your finger tips. They come up onto the wrist so you don't have to worry about them rolling back like so many cheaper versions. I have large bear hands, wear size 13 ring and they fit great, not too tight and easy to put on. I also use them for BBQ and the texture grip is enough to help but not hinder handling things.
I would pay twice what they sell for to get a product this well designed and made. Don't bother looking at other options.

These are nice gloves. I think they would be really good ...

These are nice gloves. I think they would be really good for janitorial work, for chemical handling, maybe for gardening (in mild weather). But they are advertised as being good for working on cars and I take issue with that. Once they get oily or encounter antifreeze they become very slippery. The diamond texture does not do much to help with that. Good luck handling and oily fastener in a confined space. I prefer using polyurethane-dipped fabric gloves because they give better grip and they breathe better.
Yes, they are durable. They are a good value compared to thinner nitrile gloves. But usually I would lose a finger tip or have a glove tear open within the first couple hours of the day. If you're careful to avoid any sharp surfaces I'm sure they can last all day. But you might not want them to last all day if the weather is warm. I know I don't like my hands trapped in sweaty rubber gloves for hours at a time.

Great strong gloves that don't punch through

I purchased these for my home auto shop where I work on project cars every week. I love these. I hate wearing any kind of gloves when I am working on cars as I never seem to have the feel of the tools I am handling. These fit very well and still give me the touch feel I am looking for. They have a textured surface so they you get a great grip with no slippage. Would highly recommend these for your home or professional shop.
