My doctor recommended I get a nasal steroid spray when I had lingering COVID-19 that was plugging my ears. He didn't specify (he said "like Flonase or any of those OTC sprays"¦ and I had used Flonase in the past for allergies and found it ineffective), so I don't know if this was what he intended. It helped open my ears in 5-7 days, but as I kept using it, I was waking up to more and more blood in my sinuses every day and discontinued use after 10 or 12 days.
Works better than Flonase, for me.

This allergy spray works the best for me. It is the generic version of Rhinocort which was discontinued. Price is not too expensive and has no aftertaste like Flonase does.
