Strap adjusts easily. Zippers all work easily. I have phone in one side pocket and chapstick, emery board, work badge, a couple pens in the other. Center pocket holds full size wallet, 2 checkbooks, sunglasses and pack of Kleenex. The small inside pockets hold contact lens case and small pill case, panty liners, band aids.
I keep my keys clipped to the outside (always have).
I actually bought this to force myself to downsize what I carry, but everything from my old purse fit! Hoping this will limit the amount of extra stuff I toss in that I don't need.

Holds quite a lot considering its size! Do yourself a favor and order a replacement purse strap from here on Amazon - 1.5" width. It's more comfortable and looks so nice with this purse.
