Defective parts!

The handle bar bolt is stripped out and will not tighten all the way down. We constantly have to tighten just so the handlebars done move. This part of bike came assembled so it was shipped that way. Update.... the seat will not stay up/tightened. The kickstand slips forward and doesn't hold the bike up. More problems than its worth.

Nice bike but box was damaged upon arrival. Full of holes and missing a nut for the front wheel to mount on the forks. Probably due to the holes in the box. Not to mention the stripped bolt on the wheel.

The frame and forks, wheels etc. are solid but the rear brake is complete junk. One of the screws stripped during assembly and I had to buy some parts at the hardware store to make it work. I remember when Mongoose was a quality bike. No better than huffy or kent now.
