I bought this for my sister for Christmas. I think she already left a review, but I'm leaving one too since I actually bought it.
She says it's a pretty decent coat, other than fitting a little weird, and the zipper broke on her first wearing. She's pretty confident that she can fix the zipper, but considering that Christmas is just now over (except for those who celebrate on the Julian Calendar), she shouldn't have to be fixing a zipper yet.
My sister states that it is indeed warm, and aside from the loose fit at the shoulders, and tight fit at the waist (and the zipper needing to be reinforced), it is not a terrible coat. So 4 stars.
I'm not rating the fit for myself, because there is no way this thing would ever fit me, and I don't want anyone with a similar body type to get all excited that this would fit them - especially at the size I bought.

I usually do size up in jackets. I usually get a medium in jackets but wish I got a large. As expected with bigger jackets. I have longer arms. I'm 5'5' and have wide shoulders. looking at me you'd think id wear a small but I'm a medium in shirts and should have got a large in this jacket.

I love this coat. It's medium thickness but super soft. I thought it had a hood but it has a wide next with plush fur that will definitely keep you warm. I love that it can be casual or dressed up a bit but perfect for everyday use.
