This Hovering Helmet is a must have for die-hard football fans. However I took one star because there is no On/Off switch, you have to unplug it after use, a pain. So Hover Helmet if your reading this review how about adding an on and off switch, for the money we paid for these helmets a switch should have been installed. However me being an Electrician, I'll add my own...

Okay, no one NEEDS a hovering football helmet, but it's pretty cool. I keep it on my desk at work and now spend a good part of the day watching it spin. It's fun to see how long it will spin once you start it going - two weeks is the longest we've gone so far without touching it. It's also fun to try to make it hover completely still, which is more difficult. It prefers to rock a little or spin. I purchased the University of Michigan version (GO BLUE!). Knock off one star because the shade of yellow on the helmet is slightly off, a little pale and less golden than the real maize helmets. The photo on amazon is true to how it looks in real life. The helmet is smaller than I expected. I think the description calls it a half size replica, but it seems smaller than that. Note it has to be plugged in to hover.

Love that this levitates... So cool to watch. I would give it 5 stars but unfortunately my helmet arrived scratched and dented in 2 areas (small dents but noticeable), and it is hard to ignore. I don't know if I should take the chance to send it back and wait for another helmet and risk getting another helmet that is not in excellent condition.
