I have given these to a few of my friends and I have some. Everyone I know has them and uses them on many projects. I have some set aside in my craft room for card making and other crafts. Very useful.

I use these to hold up loose pieces of yarn when I am knitting an article with multiple colors of yarn so I don't have a lot of yarn dangling before I finish the item and then weave all the tails in. It was recommended by a friend and I am so happy I got them.

I actually only needed about 10-20 of these things, but my local crafts store didn't carry them. As other reviewers have stated, these are a little stiff but work well. I use them when creating clothing. I haven't had any problems with grip, but be advised that they are smaller so I would imagine they'd have a harder time gripping heavy fabrics like muslin.
Great easy to use holds the fabric like a pin with no more pin sticking in my fingers.

These are great. So far they have held whatever material I have used them for. No more sticking myself with pins. Easy to use to hold fabric where I want it to stay. Have used them for lots of other things too. To hold patterns down while I cut around things too.
