Barrel looks fine but the metal hoops are pretty cheap...still it's a pretty decent gift. Make sure you allow a couple days for the water to seal up the barrel before you put anything in it. If you're buying as a gift I'd suggest a smaller size as the oxygen in the barrel will degrade most things over time so you really need to drink this sooner than later.
If you want to be known as the best gift giver, give this.

Quick shipping and as advertised. For the spirit lover, it's a thoughtful gift for the price of a gift card. Takes a little work to cure the barrels if you want to do yourself and load with a spirit of choice for your giftee. Plan on 5 days to cure and at least 7 days to age the spirit. It's a labor of love. But it is literally the gift that keeps on giving. Get the 2 liter as a minimum.
