Ordered this to experiment with aging Old Fashioned cocktails. Also figured it would be great for a party so that guests could pour their own drink and I wouldn't be making drinks all the time. Worked great. I followed directions and poured boiling water into it and let it sit in a sink for 24 hours. Got lucky and had no leaking. I let it dry out and then found a recipe made up of Bourbon, diluted maple syrup, and Angostura bitters. Aged 4 weeks and started taking drinks. Poured the remaining into a bottle at 6 weeks and put in the fridge. I would add a few dashes of Orange Bitters, a cherry, and orange twist in the drink - delicious.
