Worth the price!

Wow is all I can say, at first I immediately REGRETTED purchasing when I found some all weather OEM explorer mats locally for $50 and was planning on returning these once they arrived, however when I received the box I decided to open it to look at them and man am I glad I did, my wallet may not be as happy as I am but seriously these mats provide MAXIMUM coverage and there is NO carpet exposed in the back seat which anyone with young kids will know how important that is. you can easily remove to clean and put right back. Also I love how snug the fit is for the driver and Passengers side. It does take some work to get them in properly but once in it was worth the effort

These mats are ok. I thought they would feel more like rubber. However, they feel and look more like hard plastic. Having a single mat for the each of the back rows, makes them harder to take out and clean.
It is my fault for not thinking this through. If and when the mats begin to wear, I will buy a new set of mats where each seat has an individual mat.

Less expensive and better than Weathertech in terms of fit/quality

These are made in Thailand, so a lot of people are going to argue that Weathertech is better. But my gripe with Weathertech has been their product development. They will often release something that doesn't fit quite right, or is extremely flimsy or poorly designed and have a "buy it or leave it" attitude because they are made in the USA. They were great in my Mustang, but extremely poor in my Cobalt SS. They were good in my Taurus SHO but the rear floormats were paper thin and the trunk mats never quite filled the trunk.
So the MaxLiner had me skeptical but I found that the material was substantially thicker on all of the mats. They fit perfectly in my Explorer and I have no complaints other than that they may be a tad too tight fitting (versus loose with the Weathertechs). They don't use the sharp nubs like Husky, and are basically a less expensive alternative to Weathertechs.
Overall: 5/5 stars

The third row, second row, and passenger mats fit great. The drivers side does not it well at all in my 2011 Explorer. Not sure if I mis-ordered, or what happened. I'm keeping them as I already had the rear ones installed and kids played before I got to the front. Overall they were thinner/lighter than I thought they would be when I opened the box, but the rear mats fit great and had the driver side fit it would be a 4 star review.
Update: Looking back at my order I see the warning that "This will not fit your vehicle".... but I swear it said it would when I placed the order.... hmmm.... guess I'll be finding a generic for the driver seat as it is too late to return. Bumping the rating up to a 4 star from my original 2, as it is not their fault I misread the details apparently.

Perfect fit in all three rows. In the past I have used WeatherTech floor liners which did not fit anywhere near as well as this. I have seen comments that Maxliners are not as thick as the competition which is true. However, I believe that using a thinner more flexible material has given Maxliner the edge with a superior fit.
