They ARE NOT. Stackable

I will use them. The only reason I didn't send them back is because Amazon has always gone out of their way to please me if I have a problem, they are playable. They are more apt to slide onto the floor,

Heavy'ish wood but poorly milled. These checkers do not stack securely. The top checker easily slides off without much effort. This is because the top cup isn't quite deep enough and the base is not milled high enough. $12 for poor quality that should be priced at $4. This is simply not acceptable..

These are decent pieces. Nothing amazing, but they work good. Not very heavy. Nice color which happens to match our chess board really close.
The biggest negative to me is their semi-stacking feature. they are marketed as being stackable, yes, but isn't anything stackable if you set one on top of the other? In other words, they do NOT hook or latch together in anyway. Just so ya know. They do kind of "nest" with the top one on the bottom one, but that's about all.
Basic, usable, good sized checkers. Two pieces had some chips and cracks in them. (not too big a deal)
